Description of Changes
As requested from the discord, this PR adds a flag which skips the "Are you sure you want to publish to a non-local server?".

None - we would like this to eventually just be worked into the
--yesflag but there isn't a way to do that right now that doesn't break the API.Expected complexity level and risk

Testing
spacetime publish --accept-remote <db-name>now skips only the prompt asking about publishing to a non-local server.
