Blockchain engineer and systems architect since 2013. I started in treasury operations at ShapeShift, one of the first multi-chain exchange products in crypto, managing a 9-figure multi-asset portfolio across over a billion dollars in monthly transaction volume. That operational experience, grounded in a traditional finance background, shapes the infrastructure I design today.
My work spans the full vertical — from consensus-layer protocol design through smart contracts, tokenization, governance systems, and the product interfaces that sit on top. I coordinate across independent engineering teams or lead a small one directly, bringing regulatory awareness and institutional discipline to every layer of what I build. Current focus is the Olympia upgrade and what it unlocks: composable DeFi, prediction markets, and institutional adoption on the only proof-of-work smart contract platform.
Olympia — Launched 2025 Lead architect of a protocol-level governance upgrade to Ethereum Classic. Routes network-generated revenue to a community-controlled treasury with on-chain voting and compliance infrastructure designed for regulated environments. Classic USD — Launched 2024 Primary organizer of Classic USD, a US-regulated, fiat-backed stablecoin for Ethereum Classic. Issued and redeemable 1:1 against USD reserves through a licensed US money transmitter, tradable on-chain. classicusd.com

Fukuii — Contributing since 2025 Foundational contributor to Fukuii, a Scala 3 EVM execution layer with pluggable consensus.
