…ing.process来启动训练；编写了pyinstaller打包配方(packaging\pyinstaller\specs\x-anylabeling-win-gpu-folder.spec)，打包成文件夹模式；经过测试，经pyinstaller打包成exe后上可以运行，训练时ultralytics的所有控制台输出可以重定向到界面上。

🐛 fix(auto_training): #1260以及#1100
1.替代了 "python train_script.py"的方式，通过 multiprocessing.process来启动训练；
2.编写了pyinstaller打包配方文件(packaging\pyinstaller\specs\x-anylabeling-win-gpu-folder.spec)，打包成文件夹模式，打包后大小约6G；
3.经测试，pyinstaller打包成exe后上可以正常训练，训练时ultralytics的所有控制台输出可以重定向到界面上。
