Show vertical tab bar only on hover

Describe the solution you'd like?

For Horizontal tab bar the option "Show the tab bar" is present and can be changed to "Only on hover".
Now It would be good to also have the vertical tab bar to only show when hovering over it.

Horizotal tabs need to be manually hidden and shown.
