Accurate IP geolocation (City)

I would like to be able to..

Is it possible to set it up so that you can also see the city where the players come from? If there are no public sources, is it possible to add your own providers?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Because all our players come from one country, and it would be interesting to know which part of the country the players come from.

I've considered it in the past for #1452 - I think knowing the exact city is too detailed and may turn players against using this tool, timezone on the other hand is more easily justified as a tool for figuring out when to do server maintenance.

@AuroraLS3 Can't you implement it so that only the countries are displayed by default, as is currently the case, but you can set it to time zones or even cities in the configuration?
