[BUG][6.1][USB][RBpi4] USB devices don't work in v6.1 for Raspberry Pi 4B 8Gb

Description

the system don't recognize any usb device i connect, i did try all the devices i have, Xbox One Controller, SteelSeries Controller (with the dongle and wired), Razer Controller for XboxOne, 8bitdo M30 (wired), 2 Generic USB Keyboards, Razer USB Keyboard. everything I try in all four USB ports, and in diferentes lakka 6.1 builds:
Lakka-RPi4-Composite.aarch64-6.1
Lakka-RPi4-Composite.aarch64-6.1-20260322-ac47637
Lakka-RPi4.aarch64-6.1-20260322-ac47637

Finally I Try: "Lakka-RPi4-Composite.aarch64-20250205-04d06d0" (I believe this is Lakka v5)
this version don't have any issues with the USB devices, then I try using the online updater to upgrade to v6.1 and the system stop recognising any USB thing I connect.

Expected behavior

UBS Controller being recognize by the system

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Flash Lakka-RPi4.aarch64-6.1-20260322-ac47637.img to a SD card
2. Put the SD card on the Raspberry Pi 4B 8Gb model
3. Connect any USB device

Yes, this is reproduced in the nightly build
