[6.1][USB] Secondary Thumbnail Bug

Description

Entering Quick Menu causes the Secondary Thumbnail to display. Once turned off, will re-appear again when entering the quick menu.

Expected behavior

No secondary thumbnail should appear unless selected manually with GUI.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Run game
2. Enter "Quick Menu" (pressing both thumb buttons)
3. Press button to go back
4. Secondary thumbnail appears on left side.

Last time I checked, live stuff sets a flag on boot to use ram drive for storage. So if the issue is that setting isn't saved between boots, chances are that is why. If the issue happens, on an installed version, it would be a RetroArch issue, and should be taken up on the RetroArch issue tracker.

This is on a live USB and this behaviour didn't happen with 5.0. The odd thing is this only occurs when entering the quick menu, otherwise it remain off.
