Sync chat trust indicator from server on resume

Bump eca-webview to pick up the `selectTrust` handling on
`config/updated` so the chat trust toggle in the webview stays in
sync with the server's persisted per-chat trust state when a chat is
resumed. No host-side changes are needed — the SSE/REST bridge
already forwards `config/updated` payloads opaquely.
