Endless 'Waiting for a runner to pick up this job...'

After the permissions issue, I managed to get it into the build window. The status is "in progress," but it's stuck there permanently. I checked the GitHub actions and this message appears.

Any ideas?

I've managed to get the runner to run. But it was by changing the runs-os line in the .github folder, specifically in the sh-generator-windows.yml file, changing runs-on: self-hosted to runs-on: windows-2022. But now it's giving another error. Any ideas?

The sh-generator-windows.yml is specifically for running with your own self-hosted runner. You have to set up a runner and register it with your own github account. You can't just change it to run on 'windows-2022' because it is only designed to run on a self-hosted runner that is already set up for building rustdesk. If you do not have a self-hosted github runner, you need to run the normal generator-windows.yml

I have the same problem, how to run normal generator-windows.yml?

I fixed my problem. Inside compose.yml I had SH_SECRET: "" once I removed that line it started correct runner generator-windows.yml.
