u-boot: v2026.04: helios64: deactivate fdt_fixup_ethernet debug-log patch
The patch is Ricardo Pardini's WIP instrumentation for debugging aliases handling in fdt_fixup_ethernet(); carry it under .patch.disabled so the framework skips it until someone explicitly opts in.
