Feature Request: Support NixOS environments

oven-sh/setup-bun does not support NixOS environments (NixOS cannot run dynamically linked executables intended for generic linux environments out of the box):

Hey, it's unlikely that we'll move off of Bun for this project since we're making pretty heavy use of some of its unique features. It might be better to file an issue with Bun to see if they're open to supporting NixOS?

I already have bun installed in my nix env like so:

I wonder if we could check if make it work in setup-bun automatically in NixOS? maybe we run patchelf on the binary if patchelf is detected to exist?

Claude Code GitHub Action Base also needs node but agree it would be easier.

fwiw we got around this in our Github Actions with something like:

- uses: our_org/github-actions/setup-nix@[gh_action_hash_pin]

- name: Run Claude PR Action
  uses: anthropics/claude-code-action@beta

which doesn't use nix to install claude-code-action but makes it avalaible in a nix env

We no longer depend on Node for claude-code-action. We also now allow you to specify your own Bun path and Claude Code path: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code-action/blob/main/action.yml#L96-L103
