Well, chapters are a video-specific thing. Putting the icon somewhere that is involved in queue management is a little weird. The UI rewrite should provide first-class support for audio playback and controls, rather.

What would similarly be useful: displaying chapter titles in the now-playing notification of the background player. (Think of a single video which contains an entire album of music, for example: displaying the individual track names is much more useful than displaying the name of the album.)
