Before Google "Plus" (rather minus) was introduced, the old YouTube channels contained a username in the URL. Thereafter the /c/ChannelCode was instroduced. NewPipe does not recognize these alias URLs as one identical channel. The result is, that channels I've subcribed both via username URL and via channel ID URL, are not merged into one entry on NewPipe. So, all their latest videos appear doubled in the timeline.
