cant exit the search screen on firestick

Steps to reproduce the bug

go to search, try and search, pressing back just refreshes the search screen, circular link?

Expected behavior

find a movie and go back to the pick list..

Actual behavior

stuck with the on screen keyboard and it wont exit.
