Steps to reproduce the bug

1. When closing the application.
2. By exceeding the number of background applications.
3. In a forced closure due to an error.

Expected behavior

No response

Actual behavior

When the app is closed for any reason, the list of pending downloads is lost. (This does not apply to previously downloaded downloads.)
