Adding custom rss feed

Feature description

Hey newpipe devs!
Great work so far on newpipe.
Newpipe has the feature for each channels to have a rss feed.
I was thinking maybe we could have a feature where whatever channels we subscribe to could be combined into one large rss feed just like the "What's new" tab. So I could subscribe to that and I would get new video updates from all the channels.

Why do you want this feature?

I think it would be easier than to subscribe to each channel feed at a time
