Redesigned the previously inconsistent playlist control layout by placing icons above the labels for a more uniform and readable interface. Adjusted vertical spacing, aligned the icon-label sets consistently across all three buttons (Background, Play All, Popup), and refined text color to match the existing UI style.

This PR redesigns the previously inconsistent playlist control layout by placing icons above the labels for a more uniform and readable interface. It also adjusts vertical spacing and aligns the icon–label sets consistently across all three buttons- Background, Play All, and Popup. Text color is also slightly refined to match the overall UI theme.
This change was made to improve clarity and consistency, especially since the layout differed when viewing a video vs. viewing a channel. The new layout follows a more familiar “icon above label” pattern seen in many other apps, which enhances user experience and visual flow.
