Playlists do not load past 100 videos

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open a playlist longer than 100 videos; preferably each video is numbered. Example: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL745D6312C159C4AC
2. Scroll to the bottom of the playlist
3. Alternately add it the play queue and scroll to bottom

Expected behavior

A loading wheel appears and more videos load until the entire playlist exists

Actual behavior

a loading wheel appears and shortly disappears without loading the rest of the playlist
