Smarter playback position memory

Feature description

Playback position memory is a useful feature, but implementation should be clever.
For example, I use NewPipe primarily for music and long interviews/political discussions.
So I need playback position memory for podcasts, but not for music - at the same time, I need playback position memory for music when entre album is packaged into one video, like "Saint-Saëns Complete Music for Organ".

My temporary solution is - add an option, so NewPipe remembers playback position, but only display it on the progress bar as a flag, that you can tap-to-jump.

Also, when using background play feature, NewPipe sometimes ignores disabled "resume playback" option, when pressing play next or returning back to the last track.
