[Android Auto] Thumbnails are still loaded when thumbnail loading is disabled in app settings

Steps to reproduce the bug

the thumbnail image size preference is not reflected on the android auto interface. I set my thumbnails to "Do not load," and the images still load on the android auto interface, which is distracting when driving. The preference does still work outside of android auto. (Tested on nightly build because android auto interface seems to not be implemented in the main releases)
