Migrate to Material 3 Expressive instead of Material 3

Feature description

NewPipe should be migrated to Material 3 Expressive instead of Material 3 in the rewrite.

Why do you want this feature?

Material 3 Expressive is a new version of Material Design. Not rewritten and rewritten user interface components of NewPipe should be migrated to Material 3 Expressive.

We know the thing has been announced, even its api isn't available yet, all we want between ongoing "rewrite" is the patience & cooperation from the community till then you may keep an eye on "refactor" branch. However we may open an issue about it when needed.
