360p only on some Samsung devices

Steps to reproduce the bug

during wathing a video

Expected behavior

selectable Resolutions and starting with pre-selected resolution of settings

Actual behavior

nearly all videos from subscribers have 360p only, nothing else to select,
only a few videos from google trends have up to 4k.

Devices with bug: Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ (Android 15 One-UI7) and Galaxy S21FE (Android 14 One-UI 6).
Device without bug: Samsung Galaxy S24Ultra (Android 15 One-UI7)

Bug is since a week now.
Tried remong and reinstalling newpipe.
