Feature description

When you open the modal, using two cranks, specify the start and end of the video

Why do you want this feature?

So you don't have to download the whole video.

I can see this being useful.

The counter argument will always be that you can crop the video yourself after download using literaly any tool out there and that it's little effort on the user while implement a feature to circumvent this 'little effort' is a lot to do for the developer.

However, I really do think this has more use than being a workaround for a minor inconvenience.

For small clips or parts of a video this would really be the only good way to do this, and especially for those long videos users could run into serious waiting times or storage issues when downloading the enre video in the best quality, only to then cut out most of it for a scene. I think for clipping and scene work especially this could be a great additon.

This is also another reason for Youtube users to switch over since this is another feature that Youtube (somewhat) has that then would nolonger be really missed out on.
