the title and artist in Player notification is being send to my Smart Charging Case

why not also add a option to hide title and artist in Player notification?

I would consider too niche to be implemented. The reason why there is an option to disable the thumbnail is because loading the thumbnail may incur increased data usage. However I don't see a big reason why one would disable the title and description (please provide a reason if you have it, but it has to be for a usecase that is common enough).

Otherwise adding such options is going to make it harder to find other options for the overwhelming majority of users that don't need it, and is going to make the code (slightly) more complex which means more bugs.
