Q1.) What type of network you were using when error happened mobile data/wifi, with or without VPN?

Q2.) Tried again playing same video after getting new IP adress from your network provider or VPN?

I have to use my own VPN for internet connection. I've changed IP and it starts working.
For some reason I didn't see issues using the previous IP with the browser's version or yt app.
