Time bar and screen button on the bottom of the screen when in full screen are not functioning on Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE

Steps to reproduce the bug

Any video, enter full screen. time bar and going out from full screen button are not functioning

Expected behavior

The time bar should allow time scrolling and going out from full screen should allow this, instead they are
not functioning.

Actual behavior

Nothing happens when pressing time bar or the button to go out from the full screen
