Stuttering on youtube playback

Steps to reproduce the bug

1 use android (S10+ is mine)
2 Play any media without continuous sound. (Pauses while speaking for example)

Expected behavior

No stuttering which speeds up playback sometimes making it incomprehensible

Actual behavior

Constant stuttering during entire playback where no sound or minimal sound

As it is not mentioned in the bug description I have to ask:
Have you simply enabled the "Fast-forward during silence" feature?

How to verify:
When in the video player or in the play queue if using the background audio player, clicking on the "1X" in the top right, is the checkmark set on "Fast-forward during silence"?

Does the problem persist if the checkmark is removed (by either clicking the checkmark and then "ok" or just "reset")?
