I use NYM VPN + Nextdns to test it.
Any solution how to avoid BOT verification.

It's issue related to bot verification, I faced before and still only when I use both NYM VPN + Nextdns. When I disabled them it's normal.

If you use a VPN, even the normal YT site gives this error when used without an account. Newpipe does everything like yt without an account and there are no problems. If this error occurs without a vpn, it can also occur on yt. It is automatically fixed, you no longer see the temporary error. It happens very rarely. There is a pinned issue, you can close it.
