Noticeable stuttering when playing back SoundCloud tracks

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open a SoundCloud track.
2. Play it for longer than 1 second.

Expected behavior

The track would play back normally without any stuttering.

Actual behavior

The track stutters exactly 1 second in and does not appear to stutter afterwards.
